Indian Railways - Not get refund even after 1.5 month of filing TDR

Dear sir, its my request to plz return my amount soon. I have booked the e-ticket on 2-12-11 of PNR no.********79, from Habibganj(Hbj) to Morena(mra) by train no. 12861 with the waiting status. And I got confirmation from irctc to that e-ticket on 13.12.2011.
Due to some circumstances I was unable to travel through this train. when I procceed to cancel this e-ticket , it required to fill TDR, why its required for filling TDR even I am cancelling this ticket before 24 hours from the departure of the train from boarding station.
Till now i have not got the refund as its my humble request to consider over it so that i would continue as a user on irctc.
plz regard my refunded amount.
