Respected Sir,
Yesterday early in the morning since 03:00AM i was stand in the Q line for getting Tatkal resrvation ticket at Surat Main Railway station counter. When i was standing there were only 15 persons infront of me (among 5 to 6 are servents to Rly tkt agents, slept since last night). By the 06:30 AM there were entered and inserted into the Q about 5 to 6 members, says "we were already in the Q and slept somewhere". At 07:00AM, Rly RPF police came to the site and form the line and inserted 2 more persons from somewhere. My self and some of the guys asked them "why inserting like this?". That RPF police gentle man says "Inside the counter, while reservation the clerk books many tickets in the back hand, who asks for that ?? and said "Occurs what ever to occur".

At 07:15 AM, a counter opened for stamping serial number on reservation form. After stamping on my form, i checked my serial number and i could not predict the code. I enetered into the reservation counter and asked the clerk for my serial number. He said my serial number is 60. then i checked serial number of person who stand first. He got serial number 01. I surprised and checked with the person who stand just before me. He got no.59. Then we informed to the RPF police person who took care of the Q line. He said, we are not responsible, ask in the reservation counter. Then we asked in the sounter where we get the serial number stamp. He says, "i don't know, i just come now, at that time some other might be".

We informed to Cheif of Reservation. He says "i am not responsible." and he said "inform to whom ever you want".
Then we inormed to Dy.Station manager. He said to write down the Complaint form which is near with Chief of Reservation. We again met Cheif of Reservation. He said "I don't give you complaint form for this type of complaints".
Then again we met Dy station Manager. He command him to solve the issue and said us to meet him. we again met the Cheif. At this time he said, "First of you take the tickets from the conter, if you can't get you come up with the ticket and i solve your problem. first of you go into the counter and take tickets". He call the RPF police and told him to solve this issue.
This time this RPF police said to me "you come tomarrow, i will put you in the first place in the Q line". We said him to "i want the tickets for Friday and no use of Saturday's tickets". I stand in the conter with Sr.no.60.
At 08:10 AM, my turn came and all classes came into waiting list.
Finally, I could not get the ticket.

I found many new persons in the reservation counter at just before 8'o clock. All these are, clearly RLY TICKET AGENTS.
Sir, Please, this is situation of a common Citizen, who want to take a tatkal ticket in the legal way.

Please, take charge on concerned agency/ persons. Please everybody in this has to be punished, such like,
1) RPF police, who inserted persons in the Q line and who did not control while entering 5 persons in the Q line and talked IRRESPONSIBLE.
2) Rly reservation staff, who missed the serial numbers and given those missed numbers to AGENTS.
3) Cheif of Reservation who didnot take responsibility and not solved problem.

Complainant's Goal: Justice to a Common man who wants to get Tatkal ticket in the Legal way.

I strongly support this complaint, as its now a days growing very fast because the agents who take tickets like this askd for higher rates from the new people and might be the railway employees n rpf mst b paid for this.

pls look into the matter very seriously and sort it out,as we normal and middle class people suffer because of this and INdian railway suffer a loss. thnkx & regards,
Sameer
