I had cancelled the air ticket which i took from Spicejet. They have deducted Rs 750 against cancellation charges. But they are not giving the remaining amount back. And are telling that this amount is there in customer credit for one year and i can use this amount in one year. Also, they are telling that i can use this amount to take ticket for some other person also(or some other person can use this amount). I am not getting my money back.

What should i do? Why they are not behaving like some other airlines?
