my wife has travelling from jaipur to hyd on 16th Aug through Spice jet airlines, she is an expected mother but inspite of having doctor certificate airline authorities asked us to get a checkup at airport which costed me 500/- Rs apart from mental harrasment to my wife & to me.
Later when i logged a complaint they have sent me apology letter with 500/- gift voucher. To avail this i will end up spending 1000/- bucks apart from the risk of putting my credit card details since it does not have more secured payment system. This voucher cannot be used on web can be availed only at airports.
Since iam very much frustrated about the attitude it shown towards me i have returned my voucher to them and they have gratiously accepted it.
Inspite of expessing so many dissatisfactions towards them they did not bothered to repond to my queries.
what a great company ??? I advice all others if given a choice please do not travel through spicejet.
