Dear Mr. Rao,

PNR No.: B6TDAR

This is with reference to your complaint against the late arrival of baggages on termination of your journey from Bangalore-Mumbai dated 02nd April, 2011.

As per our investigation with the concerned Airport-Mumbai, we would like to update you that on the foresaid date during arrivals, four flights were on ground (SG-118, SG-206, SG-408 and SG-529) and also there was heavy ramp congestion due to which one trolley was stucked in congestion and reached late at arrivals.

The management is really concerned to note your feedback. We assure you that this will not happen again and may be treated as an isolated case and not a reflection of our services.

Once again the inconvenience caused to you is deeply regretted.

In case you need further clarification/assistance, please feel free to get in touch with us.

Thanks & Regards,

Pooja Priyadarshini,

Above was the reply for my complaint filled with airline for delay of baggage collection by one hour 15 minuets from arrival time, four or more arrivals are standard routine for all airlines & OPERATIONAL ABILITY matters the most in such situation by preconceived process management of such situational handling, response receive by COLD & Complainant was made to appear FOOL of bringing it out to the notice of on duty ariline staff who casualy with smirk on face responded that such situations are daily & passengers should be aware of it.

Complainant's Goal: Need refund of ticket & ten addtional free tickets
Complainant's Target: SpiceJet
