Recharged at yebhi.com, Order Id-YBS23364 for TATA DOCOMO PUNJAB Number- ********75
On 13 April,I recharged my prepaid mobile ********75 thru yebhi.com. But the talk time which I got is far lesser than promised by tatadocomo on their website.

Before recharging, I visited www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx to know the talk time of respective top ups.

Kindly note, there is no other website or helpline from where we could get the knowledge of top-up talk times. www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx is the only way from where a customer could get the knowledge of talktime of respective recharges after putting his/her number.

TATA DOCOMO'S 121 helpline service is pathetic as we prepaid customers can't talk to any real time executive/agent to raise any complain or to get any information and when you e-mail to listen@tatadocomo.com they take at least 4 to 5 days to respond..

You could visit the tata docomo's recharging website tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx . After putting my number ********75 YOU COULD GET THE TOP UP PLANS for my number and you would find Rs. 100 top up recharge gives 110 talktime... But I got Rs. 87 only


Yebhi.com also doesn't provide any talktime list before
making any recharge. They don't let the customer know that how much talk time would he get with the recharge done. According to TATA DOCOMO website. A recharge of Rs. 100 gives Rs. 110 talktime, But I got only Rs. 87.


Talk time plans are only listed on company's website and customer ought to get talk time according to operator's top up plans for online recharge...Else TATA DOCOMO OR THIRD PARTY REHCARGING WEBSITE must clarify the top up on their website.

Neither TATA DOCOMO nor YEBHI.COM is entertaining my complaint. They are snubbing it like hell...

I should get Rs. 110 TALK TIME, But I got Rs. 87 only. There is a big difference of Rs. 23 in it.

I feel cheated... Both TATA DOCOMO AND YEBHI.COM are playing gimmicks with innocent customers and making a big loot...Yebhi.com is snubbing my complaint...

Please Please please help me out!!!
