I did a Mobile recharge through Yebhi.com for the Mobile Number - ********20, BSNL, Madhya Pradesh
The amount was deducted from my bank account, but I did not receive any recharge on the Mobile, But Yebhi.com received the fund as per their payment gateway reply.
Order No - YBS10114
Transaction details - IPAY/ESHP/CITRUSPSPL/17949433/Yebhi
Transaction date - 08/09/2012
Transaction amount - Rs. 110
Reference number - 20120********51
I also contacted Citrus payment solutions which is your payment gateway and they said the payment was made to you.
They also mentioned a reference number - 20120********51
Their reply:----
"Dear Aayush,
As per our records, this transaction has been successfully processed as per reference number: 20120********51. You may check with the merchant for the status.

I mailed Yebhi.com and they are unable to respond to my problem.
It is a case of fraud.
They are not responding.
They got the money but they did not provide the recharge.
Please help me to solve this problem to get me refund or the recharge on the mobile.

I received a call from Mr Sandeep regarding this complain. He told me that he will initiate the refund process and I will get the refund in maximum 7 days. I am waiting for the refund and will update this forum if I receive it.
I thank to this forum for the help in the same.
