I have received the WELCOME VOUCHER of Rs.1000/- from citibank in which I could do the online shopping in YEBHI.COM. I have shopped for Rs.1336.00 ( Rs.888.00 for Dinner Set & Rs.448.00 for Shorts.) from which Rs.336/- i have pais from my citibankcard & reamaining adjusted from the promotion voucher. But I have received the dinner set in damange condition, which I immediately taken upto the co. The call center executive given me the option of refund or replacement. I have opted the replacement option as I liked the dinner set. But after 5-6 days when i couldnot received any call from the comapny I have inquired about the same & this time I have have been told that replacement is not available they will refund me the amount, which I agreed. After next 3-4 days I have checked my account in the YEBHI.COM but i only find the refund amount of Rs.213.16 which I have paid from my credit card (They have adjustedRs.336/- into two parts Rs.213.16 for Dinner set & 122.84 for the shorts). When I again called up to the company they assured me that they will give me the total amount & asked me to wait for 98 hrs. But after 4-5 days I have not received any called from them nor I could find the amount in my account. I have again called them, but this time the executive gave me the negative response. She told me that it is not their policy to give the refund of the PORMOTION AMOUNT.

Now I want the company to give my promotion amount or give me the replacement of my order. I am also considering to return the CITIBANK Credit card becuse of this incident. I found then equally responsible for this becuse they have tie-up with this compny who donnot bother to give proper service to their customer.
