I have placed an order YBH4959307 on 16th December 2013 and promised me to deliver within 12 days.It never reached upon continously calling call center no progress rather giving me different versions.Upon writing to their CEO and to there media department.A call was received and informed that the vendore will be dispatching the product that to be after 15 days of the order.Thereafter no call no sms my order was cancelled by them.

They didnot bother to give me a call or apologise.Even after writing an e-mail to there CEO they are not customer centric to even apologise.What I can expect If a CEO is not bothered about customer what should I expect from agents.

I was harrshed ,suffered lot of mental agony. I demand an apology in writting and over call with compensation.

Since I have no hope from them.Hope you may atleast help me.
