i m yogesh i have place order from yebhi.com on 3rd sept2013 of Air Master orpat Mc Golden Fan and finally it delivered to me on 5 sep 2013 at 4pm. but when i open the box i saw that the fan is damage.i returned it to you through pick up procedure. they provide me 7 days time period for returned the refund , this procedure is initiated on 24/09/2013.but the time is expired but the refund is not tranfered yet, i also mailed many times to their customer care always they want more and more time to resolve problem and does not give refund to me till now. plz help me
