I have ordered a Fashion Street Black Full Sleeves Men - Coats (Order Code: YBH5006632 / Item Code: 80JK19M06) on 25th Dec 2013. And they deliver this article to me on 13th Jan 2014 after 9 days delay as per information available on their site for delivery in 8 - 10 days.

When I checked this product it is not fitting on me and having very bad quality also. I have send a mail to support@yebhi.com regarding this on the same day and also had a telephonic conversation with the customer care executive. They told me that this product have 0 days return policy. So they can neither provide me refund for this nor exchange it with other size. I have spend almost 3000 bucks to purchase this. It is not 200 - 300 bucks item. So that I can throw it in the garbage without any issue.

I think Yebhi.com trying to cheat me because a consumer can not check the quality and size of a garment product in online shopping scenario. And a company can not say we have 0 days return policy so you have to bear the loss.

Please help me regarding this.
