I could not get my Travel & Car vouchers For my my trip tp New Delhi (26th-27th May2013) though I have paid in full & requested by e-mail & Telephone(Booking person was always away!!).The booking ref. No was 10852301 and the amount paid was Rs 2500 by net banking. I faced a lot of trouble & replied to theier feedback form.I was told that the team will contact me in this regard but till now no contact was done nor my refund was given.
