Yatra Online Pvt Ltd - Unconfirmed ticket and no refund from Yatra.com since 10 days

Hi,

I am also in the same boat as other complainant for yatra.com, after confirming the amount for the international ticket after the discount on email i was told to go to Mumbai lounge at Santacruz to pay by debit card and i did so, my amount was immediately debited but late in the evening i was given a call and said that the discount amount given to you was a miscommunication and you will have to pay additional Rs 1450 to get the ticket otherwise we will process for the refund which will take around 4-5 days after stressing she told i will try to get it in 3 days,(refund process started on 17th april 2010) now 10 days has passed still no refund after emailing they call and give some or other excuses like system down or will call in some time, etc.
I have also marked the email to Mr. Dhruv Shringi whose photo with the company\'s promise on the refund statement is given on the website which saying \"Refund in 72 hours\".
Just now Ritu has called saying it will take another week time for the refund after insisting as to what mode of payment they use for refund she replied saying let me look in the matter and will get back to you.
I think they are using the our funds for their own purpose otherwise like accepting the payment they should immediate refund the payment.
Yes we should let our friends know about such fraud and stop them from booking at yatra.com.

I support this complaint.

Even I have not received any refunds for my cancelled tickets from Anand to Pune.

I want the refund of my ticket or else would like to go legal.
