I booked a ticket and was supposed to get another free within 48 hours. It has been over 100 hours (4 days) and they have not sent it. This is in spite of me writing to them, mailing them, calling them up several times. To top it all there customer service rep banged the phone down. If they cant keep their offers why do they advertise? Arent there any false advertising charges?

Complainant's Goal: I want a refund of the base fair (which was the offer in the first place)
