Yatra.com is unable to refund money of cancelled tickets.

Yatra Ref No- CJTD0C
Amount to be refunded- Rs 4941 after deduction of their charges of Rs 1129

As per Yatra records the money is refunded, whereas no credit has taken place. Dutch Bank credit card dept says contact the mechantizer ( here Yatra ). Yatra says contact your Dutch Bank.
There is no linakages of the transaction between Yatra and the Dutch Bank.
I am the sufferer.
