I BOUGHT AN PRODUCT WITH SHIFTTHOUGHT AN SALES UNIT OF YATRA.COM, THROUGH CREDIT CARD BY IVRS PROCESS BY CONVINCING
THAIR SALES REPRESENTATIVE, ON THAT TIME I DID FAITH ON HIM WHAT HE TOLD ME ON THE BEHALF OF" YATRA" BUT ON THE SALES PROCESS HE GIVEN ME THE WRONG INFORMATION AND MISGUIDED ME ABOUT THE FACT OF THE TERM AND CONDITION OF THE OFFER. AFTER BUYING THIS OFFER I FOUND THE DETAIL ON THE INTERNET , AFTER UNDERSTANDING THE FACT I FEEL BETRAYED. AND NOW I DON`T LIKE TO CONTINUE WITH THIS OFFER SO NOW I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND DON`T LIKE TO KEEP RELATION WITH YATRA . SO REGARDING THAT ISSUE I MADE COMMUNICATION WITH THEIR AUTHORITY AND E-MAILD HIM ABOUT MY CONCERN TO CONSIDER IT, BUT THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY ACTION WE HAVE THREE TIME E-MAIL COMMUNICATION AND TWICE TELIPHONIC COMMUNICATION WITH THEM ALTHOUGH THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY ATTAINTION AND NOT READY TO RETURN MY MONY. PLEASE RESOLVE MY ISSUE OTHERWISE I WILL FILE THIS CASE IN CONSUMER COURT.

Its actually not the fault of Yatra its shiftthoughts people. I bought same vocuher from Make My Trip and facced the same problems. make my trip also did not know half the things but at the end they did somehow manage to solve my problems. Its actually action should be taken against Shift Thoughts. I was also about to buy the same voucher from Yatra but when I came to know about Shift Thoughts involved I did not buy it - so thank god for it
