Yatra Online Pvt Ltd - Not Resolving my issue

I Had booked a Ticket from Yatra.com for travel on 10th Nov 2010 for my brother in law from Delhi to Bagdogra, then i wanted to reschedule the ticket to 10th Dec 2010 i called up Yatra customer care but the lines were not working and always the call use to get disconnected hence i called up the airline King Fisher customer care and did the rescheduling from them, the same was done for 10th Dec 2010, after that the travel was cancelled and i had to cancel the ticket hence i again called up yatra customer service but again the call center numbers were not working and the call was getting disconnected, hence i called up king fisher customer care and they cancelled my ticket, after that they informed me that i will get the refund within 7-10 working days and this will be done by yatra team, i informed ok, i waited for 10 days then i called up yatra customer care and they informed me that since you cancelled the ticket from airline and didnt inform us about the same we have not processed your refund, i informed that now i have called up for my money please refund the money, they informed that it will be done in 7-10 days, i waited again for 10 days and then still my refund was not done, i called the customer care of yatra and they informed me that there is no request for refund registered hence the refund is not done, and they informed that we will put the request once again and then will refund the amount i said ok they informed that it will take more 7-10 days, i again wiated for 10 days and then i called up yatra they informed that the refund is not processed as they need an endorsed copy of the ticket and need a stamp of king fisher on that ticket, i called up king fisher and mailed them for endorsement of the ticket, the king fisher team provided me with the Letter on thiser letter head mentioned all my case history and informed yatra to refund the amount, i send this letter to yatra by email even then they are asking for endorsed ticket, i went to king fisher office, king fisher is denying to give the stamp and inform that they cant provide the stamp, now the question is why yatra is asking for endorsed copy of ticket when the king fisher has given in writing that the customer is to be refunded with the amount, also as per king fisher they have refunded the amount to the agent(Yatra) long time back, then why the yatra is not giving me my mney back, my tota amount to be recd from yatra is 5700, now want this amount as well as compensation for torcharing me mentally and making me run .please help me in getting my money back
