Tata Sky - Tata Sky false money deduction

Hi,
Tata sky falsely activated Music Active and deducted money for the same.
I got a call from Tata Sky for the same and when asked for the call recording the person was not able to solve the querry and said we are sorry. The conversation number is:1-2********02 and the person name is Jitendra.
Why I will need their music pack. I have my mobile for it.
Complainant's Goal: I want my money back
