Tata sky has the worst possible service. They keep charging for engineer visits, who do not resolve the problem, or do a temporary resolution. Call center executives simply tell nothing can be done. Our TV goes off for a few days every few months. Engineers do not come when they are scheduled inspite of us getting SMS confirmations. When they do come installation and repair is faulty. Call centers simply tell us in their polite manner that nothing can be done till the next day...which actually goes on for days. They keep our credit card numbers and debit charges for packages we have never bought and services which they have not given.
Most of the channels do not come even though we have subscribed to the full package and as usual the response is we cannot do anything about this...can we help you further....
It is the most unethical, unprofessional company we have ever come across. A lot of the times when we question the service center we are kept on hold for 30 min as \"we will get back...please hold on\", after which the phone disconnects. In the past one week, since our service has not been working once again we have spent over 8-9 hours with them and as usual no solution.

I support this complaint. Even I am facing the same issue.. The service is just patetic... I guess there needs to be some SLA for these guys.. they thing they can do anything... Customer Care.. i can say is just like a parrot.. who talks what is been taught..
