on 5th nov i made online payment for dish and one yr subscription. on their site they promised to install dish in 3-5 days in metro. on 12th on checking they said within 48 hrs it will be done. on 14th evening on making call they said it will be deliverd and installed in 24 hrs. on 16th they asked for another 24 hrs. had i purchased it from a shop, i could have at least banged the fellow for not keeping his words. in online payment i have to suffer in silence.
on 16th a part of hardware was delivered as a lollypop to keep me quiet, perhps. but sir, i had paid for the working dish and for a part of hardware.
