I have purchased Tata Sky HD on Sunday(20th Feb 2011) (Subscriber No.10********)and the associate had promised to do the installation in 72 hrs.The installation is done till date (23Feb2011) even after numerous calls to the call centre.Their call centre is really pathetic and are giving stupid reasonsfor not getting the installatin done. Please advice me what should I do to get the installation done for the product which I brought with my hard earned money

Same is happening with me as well. I paid 999/- on 18th Feb, 2011 and till date no body has called me. Today I'm going to police complaint.
