My 2009 Vista Aura Multijet has sever Rusting issue as all under carriage parts are rusted, AC condenser bracket totally rusted Parts beneath the front & rear bumper totally rusted, car has only done little over 7000 Km at Mumbai. My 2003 Ford Ikon has barely 5% rusting compared to my 2009 Vista Aura. Several email are sent to several Tata Motor officials including Chairman Ratan Tata himself. I too want to return my car back and seek refund as per 2009 valuation but No one is responding on the same as all are thick skinned and are thus not bothered taking, them to Consumer Court etc is the only solution as Fair conclusion offered but Time taken is a few years!! I am offered free of cost repairs but I am certain an defective Car is sold to me by Concord Motors as they forced upon me a 2008 Made Car with an Discount which I did not want and only wanted an 2009 made Car in June 2009 but they did not budge and prompted me to cancel my order and face an Rs 10,000 loss for canceling my order. Concorde Motors is 100% subsidiary of Tata Motors and therefore facilitate sale of Defective Products of Tata Motors so do not buy any Tata product from them. Move the Court and file a Criminal Complaint for selling u a defective product to you for your hard earned monies as I am about too.
