Tata Motors - i m not satisfied with the service of TATA MOTORS

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a Tata SAFARI VX Car bearing Regn. No UP 32 DD 0510 from M/s. Goldrush Motors(P) Ltd.,faizabad road,lucknow-16 on 05th april 2010. when i was buying my car,1- A commitment was done by the Mr.prashant tiwari SUV head of goldrush that corporate discount and some other discount is refunded to you after full payment of ur car. NOT PROVIDED till date.
2- fridge provided with car not function properly and change after several calls.
3-seat cover not provided till date.
after this i am not going to buy any car from tata motors.
Till date I have not received any reply from them.Now I want to send legal Notice if problem not resolved with in a week.
