My order no 8311626 placed on 28 Oct 13 and wa to be delivered between 06th and 08th Nov. The product has not been shipped, the call centre is not escalating my call and I have not been able to contact anybody senior. Payment amounting to Rs 26393 has been recieved by the merchant and he is not responding to any of my calls. Everytime I call the call centre number I get the same assurance that the product will be shipped immediately.

Complainant's Goal: I want my product to be delivered now and compensation paid for mental trauma
