I had purchased Sony camera model (DSC W730) order no-5189463 through Shopclue.com by online, but i received wrong product camera model (DSC W710) on 23rd July 2013.Immediatly i booked a complaint in shopclue for wrong delivery of production 31st July Shopclue representative came again and take the wrong product (Camera DSC W710) from me to assure that after some days you will received the correct product(camera Model DSCW730) as an replacement. Then i received an confirmation mail from Shopclue that they received the product which was return by me and they are rearranging for reshipment with correct product. I am waiting for my product (Camera DSc W730) from the month of July but still not received product from shopclue.
