I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 from Shopclues on 20 Nov 2014. The Shopclues given by them Order No. 27276983,Bluedart tracking no ********961 and expected
delivery date is Fri, 28 Nov 2014.
Shopclues reported that it was dispatched on 22nd Nov 2014.
When I check in Bluedart website it shows 25 November 2014 instead of 22nd Nov 2014.

Actually my shipping address is Imphal, Manipur.I have made the full payments not COD. This tracking is not at all related to my shipment.
I have written to Shopclues many times regarding this matter, but, it seems they never read my mail properly. Their reply is "This is with reference to your query
regarding order.We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. Based on your query, we would like to inform you that your order is out for delivery to your shipping
address and will be delivered to you within 24-48 hours.Please note, you may also track your order on courier website by using the tracking details which you have
received against your order."
Now they have stopped replying to my email.Shopclues has cheated me by giving a wrong shipment No ********961 of Bluedart. Please help me in getting the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 Order No. 27276983 or the refund from Shopclues.
