shopclues Network P Limited - Shop Clues Cheated me

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had ordered two units of Scanner(HP) and pre paid the full amount through my debit card. I received only one piece of Scanner. I contacted Shopclues Customer care regarding short delivery.They asked me to fill up the customer support form in the website.I filled up the form stating my grievances.No action was taken by Shopclues. I called numerous times at the customer care and emailed several times to them.They asked for 48 hours on every occasions. And now its almost a month and no resolution was provided by shopclues till date.
I contacted bluedart customer care about the issue.After a thorough check on their side they mailed me that only one piece was received by them and that same piece was delivered to me,they asked me to contact shopclues over this issue.But to my dismay Shopclues team turned out to be such a cheater that they are killing time and trying to fool me by always asking for 48 hours on every occasions. I am deeply aggrieved by Shopclues response and their dealings. The worst company in e commerce segment.
My order nos is-12313047 tracking id or AWB no of Blue dart ********966.Please help.
