i ordered a philips dvd player thru shop clues on 22nd of nov 2013 ordered no. ( 8747431) but till today i didn't get delivered that product and aproximatly 50 times i contacted to shop clues help line and they are saying that product delivered on 26 nov and they will provide me Proof of Delivery when i said ok provide me i will lodge a legal 420 complaint then the said sorry sir product delivered on wrong address i said this is your problem i need my product or money back but every day i m calling them and they always give me lolypop
