My friend brought Moto z play from flipkart 4 months ago but after few days the phone get stopped working & shut down. My friend rebooted phone but the phone get disabled.
Then he called to moto customer support, they told to go nearest service centre. In service centre executive said that 'product is not working due to internal damage' and asking to pay for the repairing. But the phone is under warranty so it should be free service. I sent so many mail to motorola india & they are giving the exact reason why it is not consider in warranty. Flipkart is not taking this as a responsibility. So I have directly send mail to motorola but not received any response from there end.
Please I want to escalate this issue. My friend got got this phone by doing hard working So please help ASAP.
