given moto mobile A810,imei:-35********412871 for repair regd.speaker problem to the motorola service centre at vashi (varad electronics) since under waranty.but the person mr. jiteshhhhh did not repair it at all as it\'s problem still persists. on the contrary he added one more problem by removing ( destroying) the part (pin) where the headset jack is inserted. now i can not hear through headset as the pin inside the mobile is not available. can i get my problem solved or is there any procedure/chance of getting replacement of mobile from motorola company as it is still under waranty period

The service center in Vashi is really very irritating type..
The people there are not at all friendly
