I have bought a new Motorola EX 128 on the 6th of December 2010 from Montana Communication Pune. Tax Invoice no. CA 2145. Right from the first day i bought the cell phone the battery has been giving me trouble ,it does not last for more than 1/2 a day. I did go back to the place from where i had bought the cell phone the very 3rd day and the person gave me a replacement of a brand new battery of the same model, but that too had the same problem. I had kept the cellphone with the dealer from where i had bought the cell phone for 4 days , i faced the problem without having a spare phone ,but the dealer too has not been able to resolve my problem of the battery. Hence i need e to complain as i have been wasting my time only going to and fro from the dealer without any difference to my battery.
I felt that only by posting my complain here i would be able to get some solution to my problem.
I support this complaint. It is really sad to see that a company like Motorola shows a no care attitude towards its customers. Believe me we should all stop and quit using the Motorola cell phones . We should get the rest of the people in India to quit using Motorola Handsets as it is only a waste of money.

I support this complaint.I am also facing same problem.Complained to company by email,but still no action.In their ad.they claim of standby time of 250hrs.and in fact the standby time is less than 12hrs !The big name ,big cheaters !
