I purchased motorola Quench Xt 5 on Sunday 20th Mar 2011 From Gurgaon.The product was faulty .The mic was not working properly. I took my phone to the motorola service center which is at Nirman Vihar ,New Delhi on Wednesday 23 March 2011 and they said that its a manufacturing defect and would be replaced in 4 days .I went to service center on 29th of March 2011 to check the status but got the reply that the approval was not been given to them for replacing the product and need to wait for one more day. As a consumer I am feeling like cheated.I purchased this product on 20th March 2011 but was unable to use it properly for even one day and now this phone is not even with me for the past 6 days. I request to teh concerned people to provide me a timely resolution as it is just like mental harassment.
