I have given my mtorola RZR V8 (under warranty period) to Redington Service
Tilak Road,Dehradun,Uttaranchal.for repair on 26 June 2009 vide complaint no.1655. As on (26 Jul 09) now My cell phone has not been made serviceable. It seems that Service centre is unable to rectify it. More over the response of the service centre is not satifactory. Even I have been given date by customer care that I will get my cell on 25 Jul 09 but when I went to collect my cell it was kept lying unserviceable. Also I have been not provided with any kind of handset for time being use. So I dont understand what to do. I am in big trouble and mentally disturbed by the poor pormance of the company. I have spent Rs 12000/- on my cell and getting nothing of it these days. I am suffering heavy loss due to my mobile both by financially and physically. I must be given the right compensation. My Cell may be replaced with new one or My money may be given back alog with compensation. Earlier this company has taken more than one month to repair my same mobile charger.
