Dear Sir. I had purchased X1800 mile stone[354********3695] for 19,800 on 06/08/11.It has been about 10 months of which the phone has been with your service center in Dadar for many months .They have never been able to fix it due to one reason or the other from the first visit.The phone has not worked correctly from the first day.It is only that I was abroad and or travelling that the other months are explained i. Our company representative has been to your service centre at least 15 time there fore loosing 15 man days.I am fed up and I don't want the phone any longer -it is still at your service centre in Dadar .
