I had a balance of 1000 rupees in my Paytm wallet. On 2/10/2016 Paytm has debited my wallet for 1000 rupees. I have raised a complaint to Paytm on the same day saying I did not make any such transaction.

After 3 days Paytm sends me 3 invoices of a different customer all for different amount and not my 1000 rupees debit to a customer in Delhi when I am a customer from Hyderabad. They say that they can not refund my money because that customer has purchased groceries from BigBasket.

The question is how can Paytm give my money from my wallet for someone sitting in Delhi and refuse to correct it even though I raised the issue on the same day with ticket number 07542162 explaining the whole issue?

On its site Paytm mentioned "Paytm Trust" Your money is yours All refunds come with no question asked guarantee. and also "100% Assurance"At Paytm, we provide 100% assurance. If you have any issue, your money is immediately refunded. Sit back and enjoy your shopping.

But, they do not respond to any phone calls or emails. I have received only one email giving 3 wrong invoices of a wrong customer from a wrong city and they say it is the final resolution. This is cheating customers and it is more like if a bank is robbed and the bank telling its customers your accounts will be deducted because some one stole money from bank. Is there any logic or legal basis for this?
