Paytm - paytm is showing vivo v5 for rs 17 but all time it shows payment failed.

As i am a regular paytm consumer opened paytm for recharge but i suddenly scroll down and saw that paym is giving vivo v5 (32gb) gold for rs 17 and taking shipping charge i.e rs25. fistly i got shocked but i think i will try for the order as i started ordering all of formalities done. But at the time of the payment the payment for that order is shown that payment failed for the order. so i request you to please help in getting that phone .the seller of that phone is sardarji telecom as shown in the uploaded image.
Complainant's Goal: to get that phone at rs 42 as shown by the paytm

paymt have to give that phone as this phone is shown by paytm for rs 17 as i see above and image is the proof of that
