Hi! I purchased a SanDisk memory card 32 gb from paytm but it didn't work properly from the very beginning. I didn't get worried because I knew that SanDisk provides 5 years of warranty. So I contacted SanDisk after some time but they told me that the product was not genuine. When I told this to paytm they refused to take the product back as I had called them after their 15 day money back policy.
Kindly resolve the issue.
