Paytm - Refund From Paytm

Dear Sir,
I had added Rs.440/- in my paytm wallet on 03.01.2017 at 8:53 a.m and the amount was deducted from bank account but the amount was not reflecting in my paytm wallet and for this i had filed an issue to paytm company also on 13.01.2017 after giving them time of 7 working days but now they were saying we need 24-48 hours more to resolve your issue and i had given them this much time also but today i received a call from that side and same wordings are there that we need 24-48 hours to resolve the issue and i had told them to mail me that you will resolve this issue in that much time but they are not mailing me and now they mailed that in 24 hours we will revert you on this but they are not sure to give the solution in 24 hours They were earning interest on such amount of money and enjoying but this is so cheap to misguide the customers and I am so much fed-up from this. So, please make a solution on this issue.
