i placed an order for coloressence sweetheart series as per the box and image displayed on paytm website, but the courier was delivered with only 04 products in that box

that too with none of the product having MRP printed on it ( looked like duplicate)

whereas as per the box displayed it should contain

Aqua Makeup Base Beige LF-1 - 35 ml,
Kajal Black - 2.5 g,
Blusher - Heena Shade - 5 g,
Liquid Lip Color - Coffee - 4 ml,
Eye Liner Black - 9 ml,
Mesmerising Lip Color - Fire Desire - 4 g,
Summer Look - 4 g,
Nuede Silk - 4 g,
Fushia Pink - 4 g,
Nail Color - Siren Red - 9 ml

this is a clear case of cheating by the seller, however i have made a return request for this order .
i had not made purchase from other websites just because of a bit higher price .now i am not having an option to purchase from others too because the offers are gone out of other sites too.
but it is not for the first time that paytm has done this.
two times before i had made different orders but received either a false product or a duplicate one. made complaint to paytm but they refunded me the money only.
this is not the solution. if someone doesn't check for the products they will sell faulty products to them
