I have not recieved my laptop inthe parcel, same informed to paytm and i got reply from paytm that refund will be processed in 48-72 hrs, now they are saying different story, it will take time and not responding to me even though i called them on my maoney,
plz find the same.

1.Iam not sure whether it is tampered or not,
2. the manufactueres seal is in opened condition and its empty box, only charger is there
3. if you want as mentioned in the undertaking form, we will move legally with court, iam almost at that peak, i felt it is my responsiilty to bring issue to your notice

Please be assured that this is a one-off incident and is being discussed with the merchant together with the logistics company. We are also raising this to the notice of relevant local investigation authorities, as required, request you to duly fill and sign the disclaimer attached in the mail and send back(Hand written signature) with the following details for the detailed investigation:-
1. Did the packaging look tampered with when you received the product?
2. Was the packet sealed or partially open?
3. Please share a few pictures of the outer and inner packing

still no response from paytm
I face the same issue and Paytm is fraud.
