Motorola India - No proper response from Motorola

Moto G2 mobile stop functioning and No response from Company & Service centre:

*My mobile Moto G2 bought on Sep'14 through flipkart, Suddenly stopped functioning.
*Device hand overed to authorised service center ''SRI SAI COMMUNICATIONS'' on 12.01.2015 as per Motorola customer care advice.
*Then I have started following up with service center and got frustrated because of their pathetic response and customer handling.
*Concern highlighted to Motorola customer care through Incident ID : 150116-025740.
*Then again I have started followup with motorola but till date could not get proper reply.
*Every time they will reply with some standard format describing within 6~7 working days we will resolve concern, But Now it is almost 16 days over and still am unable to get proper solution.
*Without this mobile for past 16 days, my lot of day to day work got struggled.
*Need immediate resolution or new device.
