Pathetic and Highly Unprofessional Service (Question Reference # 170408-014986): I submitted my Moto X Style (INR 30k) for issue in the charging jack on Tuesday 4th April and paid INR 3k. Picked the phone on 7th April and found that display has two visible spot on the screen which I showed to the service center and was told to come back next day. Then I also found issues in the headphone jack. While making calls using headphone, I cannot hear anything.Also, while listening to music using headphone there is lot of echo and cracking sound with noise. All these issues were not there before and came up after the servicing. When I told this to the service center (I-Pick Solutions India Private Limited
F12, Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001), they denied that the new issues in my mobile phone came up due to their mishandling and refused to repair it for free and telling all sort of lies to brush up from their responsibility.
I talked to the motorola customer care and explained everything to them. I was told to send all this in a written email to them along with the job-sheet which I did on 8th April. Since then I had to call the customer care for multiple times, every time I am told that the issue has been escalated to the senior team and new dates are being given.
Such unprofessional service was not expected from Motorola Customer care and their authorized service center.
