Hi,
I have taken loan of 175,000 on my my credit card. As per information which your executive I have to pay around 14-15 k and that's EMI would be 15900 per month for 12 months.

Now they have charged me 4200(Approx) as draft fee which they haven't told me during call. And they dont have provided this amount in payment advice also. Payment advice which I have recieved with draft amount has only monthly EMI.

I called to them now they are saying that executive have provided that amount but they never.

Please do the needful as I am not in such condition to pay that extra amount and it is very unfair to that I will pay extra amount which they haven't told me.
