CITIBANK India - Citibank dont know what is status of the debit card

Hi,
I requested for new debit card on July 12,2009. I was told the card would be delievered in four working days i.e. by July 16, 2009. I have not got the card till today, July 24. I am continously following Citibank call centre but no body is answering properly. Nobody knew the status of the card delivery. Every person asked for some time and assured me to wait for call back but I never got call back from ur call centre executive. This has been happened couple of times. Recently, some lady named Ms.Poonam bosting to be senior citibank officer, communicated with me and assured me to provide proper status but I even four days after this communication I still dont know the status. She is not even taking the call now. Another one was Ms.Nadia Gilani,Sr escalation officer. Nobody knows where my card is and nobody bothers about finding it out. Why and upto when should I suffer for your employees mistakes. Are you dreaming to grasp indian market with such kind of employees and such pathetic customer care service?
Kindly help me.

These guys need to be taught a lesson for fleecing the public and being un-professional in their attitude.
There are several complaints against them and a lot of customers are having a tough time dealing with them.
