Dear Sir
I purchased a split A.c.model 14HQPD on 02-05-09 from Refrico Lucknow the voltage corrector bundled with A.C.troubled thrice during that season.
Now from 20-04 10 the A.C.stopped working & after complaining a reprasatative came on 23-04-10 & took away its P.C.B with remcon. I called Refrico when it would be done they told by next two or three days but now 12 days past unfortunately result is the same.several complaints has been made to the dealer,Hitachi service center Lucknow,Toll free customer care no.1800-200-8585,mailed to the customer care Hitachi everyone says for next day but it does\'nt come.
It is not expected from a world class co.to serve customer in this manner.I have lost my peace of mind .looking for positive response.
