Sub: Non receipt of 3 free services during the warrranty period 10/04/2009 to 09/04/2010

Re: Service Receipt No 10160 Dt. 16/05/209 of Mullick Airconditioning Co Pvt Ltd.

1. To the best of my understanding I was to receive 4 free services during the period under reference but unfortunately my AC was serviced only one as mentioned in the reference on 16/05/2009. May I know the cause of this negligence on your part and non response to my complain mentioned in reference from a concern of International repute.

2. Will your Customer Sservice Department advice me in this situation to accept AMC with the assurance that in future AMC terms and conditions will be strictly adhered to by your company during AMC period.

3. I am expecting quick service on payment basis.

4. Currently my AC is not functioning properly with respect to cooling. Water from AC is coming in the room instead of draining outsind the room.
