Infibeam - Horrible Serivce

I ordered a Sipper bottle which was showing available (would be shipped in 4 - 5 days) in infibeam, it was a blue one. After 10 days of placing the order I get an email saying the product was changed to orange as the one I requested is not available and was shipped to me with out my consent.
I was very frustrated that my order has been changed to a different one without even taking my consent, post which when I spoke to customer service rep they changed the product and said they would ship the new steel bottle to me, now when I call them they say they are still working on it.

It has been a month after I have placed the order and havent received what I ordered. The customer service reps are very unhelpful and would not connect me to their superviosor as the supervisor always stays on an other.

Neither would they provide me with email address to escalate the issue too, horrible service !!
I wish no one ever visits infibeam to order anything.

Worst service !!!

Hi All,

Bad experience with Infibeam and never ever order from them. The quality of product is also very bad.

I was ordering an item thru Infibeam and after the payment got debited from my account, the order did not process successfully. Hence, called up the customer care and I was informed to order the item once again and the second order got placed successfully. The customer care told me to provide the bank transaction number for the unprocessed order, so that they could contact & inform the payment gateway to release it & the amount will get credited back to my account. Hence, I provided them with the details and had given them a clear information about what has happened with my orders & instruction to refund my unprocessed order amount.

Instead of refunding my amount, they have processed my order by somehow calling the gateway. I had received a mail stating your order was placed successfully. I was shocked to see this and reverted back once again asking them as to why have they processed it, when I was requesting them for refund. Received mail stating "forwarded to concerned team". After few days, I got a mail stating "Item is shipped". Again followed and called up the customer care and explained everything and he cancelled it. Even after 1 week of its cancellation, I had not received my amount. So, again sent mail and their response was "Since the item was shipped and unless the item is back to the original place, only then we can refund your amount".

I think people working over there do not read mail properly and take action just like time pass. No common sence at all. Since I do not have escalation mail, unable to do so and also they do not have toll free numbers to blast them

Hence, be very very careful before ordering anything from Infibeam - Thks

Order : 11549965 . I am still running between the post and pillar by the poor service and facilitation offered by infibeam. I am awaiting a confirmation from your side about when the delivery will be done ? Also ask your people to update the order status with relevant information and updates. Still they are calling my father and telling him that, the order can't be processed and he is confused and I am getting call. Better I could have sent my father the money to purchase a TV from local store. It seems like I have done a big mistake by opting infibeam.

I wanna repeat the same

There is a person names Nitish Haridas who simply bluff people by giving delayed response and false commitments.
