Delivery promised 2 - 4 business days.

Status shown on website - Processing.

Till date not received the books nor any communication from infibeam as to why the order has not been processed.

It is 12 days now and no sign of the books.

Complainant's Goal: The books should be delivered immediately, without any further delay.
