I have made an order (8379173) of Bajaj ICX 7 Induction Cooker (Black) with Infibeam on the 05th of November, 2011. The payment was made via card and subsequently, cleared from the bank. The delivery promise as per the site is 5 to 7 business days.
I have corresponded with them from the 4th working day as the status and delivery traking detail was never updated. I was once told that it will be out of stock- but i booked time that product is in stock.
Today, 04/11/2011, I am still wondering what happened to the shipment as there is still no update.
i think this company do some fraud. and the same time every one of this company side not give correct solution. my money is wast of more then rs 2 thousand.
some one of this company people call back me and say i cancel of your order bcoz this product is out of stock?
and i ask that person then why you take order but that person not give correct answer.
so please give me a correct solution for this where i give complaint to this company.
Online purchaser dont place any order to this company.

Hi Dharani,
I too was cheated by this company.
I had ordered an transend hard disk from infibeam (order no.11507387) for Rs. 4885. I had paid via netbanking. The shipping date was 19 Aug,2013.
On 22nd an excutive called and demanded me to pay Rs 250 extra for the product.
I asked him to cancell my order and refund my entire amount.
Unfortunately till now they have not even cancelled my order.
I tried to send mail to their customer care but it was not working. They have even set wrong mail id so that the customers cant even contact them via mail.
Every time when I call them up ask about the cancellation, they are telling it will be cancelled in 24 h ,48h,72h etc.
They dont have credibility. They are telling whatever they like and cheating the customers.
I have purchased from other shopping sites too like ebay, flipkart,snapdeal etc.
If I ask them to cancell the order, it happens within 10 min and the amount is refunded in my account within 7 buisness days.
This site is really fraud. They think customers are fools. Please dont buy anything from this site. If at all you have to buy something go for the cash on delivery option.
We can complain against this company through a forum Asoka consumer complaint form and consumer complaint redressal council or Core Centre, all of which are online.
