I have purchased one Home theater online from infibeam.com on 22/01/2013 vide Order no: 10060249. As per their commitment the product was about to be shipped by 26/01/2013 and delivered by 29/01/2013. But today is 30/01/2013 and the product has not been delivered to me as per their commitment. The problem is that infibeam.com has shipped the product with a wrong type of courier namely, Aarya Logistic solution which has no service branch in my delivery destination i.e. city:Silchar, state:Assam. There are 100s of other nationalised courier operating in silchar city but inspite of that infibeam.com has shipped the product with a low quality courier service which has no service branch in my city. This is totally a deficiency in service by infibeam.com. I have filed one complain to the infibeam.com by email at customerservice@infibeam.net.customerservice@infibeam.com dated 28/01/2013 to look into the issue and to do the needful for delivery of the product on time. But till today they did not look into the issue and could not deliver the product. My prayer is that infibeam.com should immediately deliver the product today and also to pay compensation for their failure to fulfill commitment and deficiency in service

Did you receive the product and when did you receive the product if so. I am from Assam too though from Guwahati and it is taking a lot of time with no significant contact or tracking details of my order from infibeam sent through Aarya Logistics.
till today the product is not delivered
even today also the product is not delivered. customer service of infibeam.com is also not giving any response !
This infibeam.com now always has delivery problem. They have their tie ups with low grade courier services and for this the customers suffers always. I will recomment others not to purchase products from infibeam.com
